(State tax            revenue from that casino would be put toward teachers'            salaries.)          <\/p>\n<p>            You voted:           <\/p>\n<p>          Back        <\/p>\n<p>    ORGC says their polling along with polling conducted    nationally by Ballys, the gaming corporation with whom they    hope to partner on a casino  indicates the amendment will    easily pass. The plan gained the City of Lake Ozarks blessing    in December, and immediately afterward, the group went to work    on the CIP.  <\/p>\n<p>    Andy Prewitt, a member of the ORGC investor group, explained    the petition needs about 173,000 verified signatures to clear    the CIP process; theyre aiming to gather more than 200,000, to    be safe.  <\/p>\n<p>    Its ramping up, he said, noting the group has opened offices    in Missouris four largest cities  St. Louis, Kansas City,    Columbia, and Springfield. The effort will commission around    100 individuals to gather signatures across 6 of Missouris 8    congressional districts, including the Lake of the Ozarks area.
