A barrier that I have faced, and I know other women have as well, is proving new ideas.<\/p>\n
You know the idea is good and works, but you have to prove and implement it before getting people on board. This is difficult because youre often doing it alone and with little help. This is where having a good mindset can change things.<\/p>\n
I look at the cycle of learning (learn, unlearn, relearn) and try to promote this regularly. It pushes people beyond their comfort zone and encourages an environment that reaches for new ideas.<\/p>\n
So I try to lead by example. I go ahead, create the space for this idea, and prove it works for our clients.<\/p>\n
