A 55-year-old man has said he has never felt better after trying a diet that his wife recommended to him.<\/p>\n
Jordan Peterson appeared on the Joe Rogan Podcast to talk about how his health issues have disappeared after switching to a simple diet of broccoli and chicken.<\/p>\n
He said: \"She only ate chicken and broccoli for about two months, and she convinced me to try this diet about a year and a half ago.<\/p>\n
\"And so I lost seven pounds a month for seven months. That was the first thing, which was just bloody amazing. It was unbelievable. It was unbelievable. I couldn't believe it.\"<\/p>\n
He went on to explain how the new diet stopped him snoring just after a week.<\/p>\n
He said: \"So the first thing that happened was I quit snoring immediately. Took one week.<\/p>\n
\"And I was snoring badly, so that disappeared in a week, and that was amazing. I thought, oh, that's interesting.<\/p>\n
\"And then I had gas reflux disorder, and that went away, and then I lost seven pounds in the first week, and I thought oh that's a lot, seven pounds.<\/p>\n
\"I had psoriasis, that went away. I had floaters in my right eye, which is also an autoimmune problem that went away.<\/p>\n
\"I have had gum disease for 30 years. That went away. That went away. That went away. It's amazing. I'm 55, like my gum disease went away.<\/p>\n
\"I'm down to the same weight I was when I was 25.\"<\/p>\n
Mr Peterson also said he was never a morning person, but after switching a diet of broccoli and chicken, he has no problem waking up immediately.<\/p>\n
He said: \"Yeah, no kidding and I've got lots of energy. I wake up in the morning, and I wake up.<\/p>\n
\"That's never happened to me in my life. My whole life, I've always had to have a shower like took me an hour to wake up my whole life.<\/p>\n
\"That's gone. I'm not hungry.\"<\/p>\n
