Ndiaye is a historian and professor at Sciences Po, specializing in both the social history of the United States and race in France. In his remarks, he provided a comparative analysis of the Black Lives Matter movement in the United States and the anti-racist movement in France.<\/p>\n<p>Following his address, Rashawn Ray, David M. Rubenstein fellow in Governance Studies at Brookings, responded to his remarks.
