There is one $20 million    option for a one-year extension through Sept. 30, 2015.  <\/p>\n<p>    AS and D Inc. will continue its systems engineering support for    several operating divisions in Goddard's Applied Engineering    and Technology Directorate, including mechanical systems;    software management; instrument systems and technology;    electrical engineering; and mission engineering and systems    analysis.
