The beauty of Isla Coronado and the majesty of Isla Danzante are now just a quick, ultra-smooth boat ride away for guests of Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto, the newest member of Villa Group Resorts. Today the resort announced that it had received the necessary permits for the addition of guest excursions to both islands, which will be available to guests immediately. <\/p>\n
The new excursions allow guests to explore these beautiful islands up close and personal aboard the resorts new 20-passenger APEX inflatable boats, though the resort limits its tours to 12 guests and two crew members for maximum comfort. <\/p>\n
Departing from downtown Loreto, the Isla Coronado tour provides amazing snorkeling opportunities along the areas crystal blue water. Guests may even have a chance to see colonies of sea lions and dolphins, which have been known to swim along with the boats, often jumping for the cameras. The Isla Danzante tour departs from nearby Puerto Escondido, and takes guests to the regions most iconic island, which features an amazing array of native plants, coral groups and a wide variety of marine species. Danzante is known as a great place to enjoy diving, hiking or just relaxing in the sun on whats known as Honeymoon Beach. <\/p>\n
Both the Coronado and Danzante tours are offered daily, except Sundays, and are priced at $70 USD for adults and $35 USD for children. <\/p>\n
The addition of the new APEX inflatables for these tours comes on the heels of the resorts launch of Mad Dash, the new Luhrs 320 Tournament boat the resort uses for half-day and full-day sportfishing excursions. <\/p>\n
