This contract has a 30-day phase-in period with a    5-year effective ordering period from the date of award, which    was Tuesday, July 2. The contract was awarded under the Small    Business Set Aside program.  <\/p>\n<p>    The contractor will provide electrical systems engineering    support services and related work to Goddard's Applied    Engineering and Technology Directorate's Electrical Engineering    Division, Instrument Systems and Technology Division, Software    Engineering Division, Mechanical Systems Division, and the    Mission Engineering and Systems Analysis Division. Additional    work will include the study, design, systems engineering,    development, fabrication, integration, testing, verification,    and operations of space flight, airborne, and ground system    hardware and software.
