Mat\u00eds provides consultancy and services to companies in fisheries and agriculture as well as governmental agencies. In the summer of 2012 Mat\u00eds opened a branch in Patreksfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur to serve the southern Westfjords (Icelandic: sunnaver\u00f0ir Vestfir\u00f0ir) and the area of Breidafjordur, in collaboration with Mat\u00eds #39;operations in Snaefellsnes.
