Grey's Anatomy and 24 grad Kim Raver is joining NBC's new drama Revolution in a recurring role, TVLine reports. <\/p>\n
Executive-produced by J.J. Abrams, Revolution takes place 15 years in the future and shows the aftermath of a global blackout where the entire world lost power. The cast includes Billy Burke, Elizabeth Mitchell, Tracy Spiridakos and Giancarlo Esposito. The full Revolution pilot can be viewed early here. <\/p>\n
Justified's David Meunier joins Revolution <\/p>\n
Little is known about Raver's character other than that she will play a pivotal role. <\/p>\n
Raver, 43, most recently played Dr. Teddy Altman on Grey's Anatomy for three seasons before exiting in May. She is also known for her role as Audrey Raines on 24, as well her work on The Nine, Lipstick Jungle and Third Watch. <\/p>\n
Revolution premieres on Monday, Sept. 17 at 10\/9c on NBC. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
