He will also manage outside legal services.  <\/p>\n<p>    Zirkelbach is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience    in government contracting and the aerospace\/defense industry,    including specifically in the area of engineering and technical    services. His experience includes law firm practice and more    than 15 years in house with aerospace companies.  <\/p>\n<p>    He has substantial experience in contracts, subcontracts,    teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other    transactions that are common in our industry. He also has    experience dealing with terminations, changes, claims and bid    protests and developing written processes and procedures to    ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to    federal government contractors.  <\/p>\n<p>    Zirkelbach obtained his law degree from Georgetown University.    He also obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering    Science & Mechanics from Virginia Polytechnic & State    University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace    Engineering from Texas A&M University.
