The STS-130 crew<\/span> arrived in a modified Gulfstream II jet at NASA<\/a>’s Kennedy Space Center<\/span> in Florida at approximately 10:10 p.m. EST, Tuesday.

Commander George Zamka made a brief statement: “It’s great to be here at the Cape. We just did our final ascent sim last night. Everything with Endeavour is going very well. We’re going to be reviewing our procedures and will be looking at flight equipment. We talked to the station crew last night. They’re doing great, and we’re looking forward to seeing them and getting started on bringing the Tranquility module to life. Go Endeavour!”<\/p>

Wednesday, there will be a Countdown Preview Briefing at 10 a.m. live on NASA TV<\/span> at http:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/ntv<\/a><\/span>. The participants are Jeremy Graeber<\/span>, NASA <\/span>test director; Joe Delai<\/span>, STS-130 payload manager; and Kathy Winters, shuttle weather officer.

› Meet the STS-130 Crew<\/a><\/b><\/span>

<\/p><\/span>Endeavour's STS-130 Mission<\/b><\/span>
<\/span>Commander George Zamka<\/span> will lead the STS-130 mission<\/span> to the International Space Station aboard space shuttle Endeavour. Terry Virts will serve as the pilot. Mission Specialists are Nicholas Patrick, Robert Behnken, Stephen Robinson and Kathryn Hire. Virts will be making his first trip to space.<\/span>

<\/p><\/span>Shuttle Endeavour<\/span> and its crew will deliver to the space station a third connecting module, the Italian-built Tranquility node and the seven-windowed cupola, which will be used as a control room for robotics. The mission will feature three spacewalks.<\/span>

<\/p><\/span>Liftoff from NASA's Kennedy Space Center<\/span> in Florida is scheduled for February 7, 2010, at 4:39 a.m. EST<\/span>
