NASA\/SSC has a requirement for Research and Development Services from the Mississippi Research Consortium. <\/p>\n
NASA\/SSC Office of Procurement intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price conctract to the Mississippi Research Consortium under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-3 (a)(2)(ii) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (3), Industrial Mobilization Engineering, Development or Research Capability, or Expert Services. There will be only one award made for this requirement and the period of performance shall be one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options. <\/p>\n
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. <\/p>\n
