Jupiter and Saturn have a fundamental link
\n\t\t\tto the degenerate (white) dwarfs and neutron stars: all
\n\t\t\tof these objects are supported against gravitational
\n\t\t\tcollapse by a pressure generated through the Pauli
\n\t\t\texclusion principle of quantum mechanics.\u00a0 This pressure
\n\t\t\tis called degeneracy pressure, and it acts through electrons
\n\t\t\tin planets, brown dwarfs, and degenerate dwarfs, and through
