Liberty filed her divorce papers in L.A.Superior Court on Jan. 25 after six months of back and forth with Rupert on whether they were going to save their marriage or not. It cant be forgotten that Kristen and her beau, Robert Pattinson, are taking a break from each other as well, since Rob still holds a grudge over the cheating and may never get over it. Personally, I dont blame him. The person he has loved for years has betrayed him. That is the most horrible feeling in the world. He is in Australia about to film his next movie, and Kristen is home distraught that she isnt able to see her man. But she made this bed and she needs to lie in it. Its all her fault. <\/p>\n
Liberty is on the right path. Initiating this divorce is the perfect thing to do for her family and her sanity.
