Recently some people have claimed that the Sun
\n\t\t\t\tis entering a new Maunder Minimum\u2014a decades-long period
\n\t\t\t\tof few sunspots\u2014and that this will cause the Earth's
\n\t\t\t\tatmosphere to cool.\u00a0 The Sun is certainly quiet in 2008,
\n\t\t\t\tbut this is the normal quiet of a minimum in the 11 year
