LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) - Liberty University has entered into a partnership with a Christian studio to produce and distribute faith-based films. <\/p>\n
Last year Liberty debuted a two-year film school. Now the Cinematic Arts Center program is joining Dallas-based EchoLight Studios in a five-year agreement for five full-length feature films. <\/p>\n
In announcing the agreement Tuesday, Liberty says EchoLight will oversee the films' financing, production and worldwide distribution. <\/p>\n
Cinematic Arts Center executive director Stephan Schultze says the agreement will bring the film school to \"an amazing new level.\" <\/p>\n
The university predicts the film school's enrollment will reach 200 by 2015. <\/p>\n
