Photo: David        Green, Esperance Express.      <\/p>\n<p>      Beaches at Bandy Creek Boat Harbour have been closed by the      Department of Transport and the Shire of Esperance due to      pollution.    <\/p>\n<p>      An oily substance, suspected to be diesel, was observed by a      member of the public on the surface of the water at the beach      on the town side of the groin on Wednesday morning.    <\/p>\n<p>      As a precautionary measure, the Shire of Esperance and      Department of Transport closed the beaches at about 8.30am on      Thursday.    <\/p>\n<p>        The contaminate is seen floating on top of the water at        Bandy Creek Boat Harbour, Esperance.
