Authorities have partially reopened Cameron County's beaches on Wednesday morning now that weather conditions have calmed down. <\/p>\n
Rising tides and the threat of severe weather prompted Cameron County officials to shut down all of their beaches on Tuesday. <\/p>\n
Officials shut down Boca Chica Beach on the mainlandas well as Isla Blanca Park, Beach Access 5 and Beach Access 6 on South Padre Island. <\/p>\n
Cameron County officials reopened those beaches on Wednesday morning but asked the public to heed tide and wind conditions. <\/p>\n
But officials shut down Boca Chica Beach and Beach Access 5 on South Padre Island again around 11 a.m. Wednesday due to dangerous conditions. <\/p>\n
