Dan Buettner gives a TED talk about the practical things we can do today to extend our healthy lifespans. Nothing too radical or out-of-the-box here, but what he says makes sense (but I think I'll pass on joining a faith-based community); these are lifestyle changes we can make in the here-and-now as we wait for more substantive life extending interventions.<\/p>

Buettner's talk reminds me of an article I wrote a while back, \"Eight tips to dramatically improve your chances of living forever<\/a>.\"<\/p>
