DAVIS, Calif. (AP) - A California university medical school dean is resigning amid controversy over doctor experiments on dying cancer patients. <\/p>\n
University of California, Davis, School of Medicine dean Claire Pomeroy said on Monday that she will leave the university on June 30. <\/p>\n
She's been dean for seven years and she earned $734,000 last year. <\/p>\n
The Sacramento Bee (http:\/\/sacb.ee\/103sf0D<\/a> ) says UC Davis doctors may have experimented on dying brain cancer patients without proper university or federal approval. <\/p>\n The university last year banned two neurosurgeons, Dr. J. Paul Muizelaar and Dr. Rudolph J.
