With top returning scorer Otto Porter Jr. sidelined for all but the first six minutes against the Dukes, the Hoyas leaned on Smith-Rivera (19 points) and 6-foot-8 sophomore Greg Whittington (15 rebounds) for a 61-55 victory that revealed just how far the young squad has yet to go. Georgetown officials wouldnt divulge Porters condition or status for the Liberty game, saying simply, He is being monitored by our medical staff in advance of the game on Wednesday. <\/p>\n
