The gain can be attributed to Liberty Power's strong organic growth of 25% in a six-month period. <\/p>\n The rankings are published by DNV KEMA in their Retailer Landscape report, a bi-annual assessment of activity and performance among competitive suppliers operating in the restructured or \"deregulated\" electricity markets. The latest assessment released on September 28, 2012 tracks 89 electricity suppliers. The previous rankings were published in March, 2012. <\/p>\n The rankings are based on estimated, annualized, non-residential kilowatt-hours (kWh) under contract. At the time the survey was conducted, Liberty Power reported over 11.3-billion kWh under contract.
