In three months, more than 5,000 pictures poured in for our first Picture Our World travel photo contest this summer. It seemed pretty obvious: We couldn't stop at just one. <\/p>\n
So, Picture Our World is back and even bigger for its second go-round. <\/p>\n
This time, the photo contest will run for an entire year. We will have three categories California, national and international with first- and second-place winners in each. <\/p>\n
Our marketing department has arranged big prizes: a five-night trip to Palau for the grand prize; Monterey getaways for first place; and $200 gift certificates to Camera West for second place. Click here for full prize details. <\/p>\n
We also will publish the winning photos in the Travel section on Nov. 11. <\/p>\n
