{"id":53217,"date":"2012-10-01T23:11:28","date_gmt":"2012-10-01T23:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.euvolution.com\/futurist-transhuman-news-blog\/uncategorized\/astronomy-nights-set.php"},"modified":"2012-10-01T23:11:28","modified_gmt":"2012-10-01T23:11:28","slug":"astronomy-nights-set","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.euvolution.com\/futurist-transhuman-news-blog\/astronomy\/astronomy-nights-set.php","title":{"rendered":"Astronomy Nights set"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>    CHARLESTON  The month of October will feature four consecutive    weeks of Astronomy Night Exploration, starting at 7:30 p.m.    Oct. 9.  <\/p>\n<p>    The sessions include about 30 minutes inside the Charleston    Carnegie Public Library in Rotary Room B, and the remaining    time outdoors, in the parking lot.  <\/p>\n<p>    The emphasis will be on naked eye and binocular observing. A    30-minute indoor discussion will be followed by outdoor    observation, weather permitting.  <\/p>\n<p>    Equipment will be discussed but none is provided. Bring your    own binoculars, flash light and a blanket to lie on. This    program will be open to 25 individuals or families, and a    family will be counted as one registration. Registration opens    Monday by phone or in person.
