Commenting on the movie, Innocence of Muslims, that insulted Prophet Muhammad and Islam, Dr Mahathir said the act of making such a anti-Islam film was something \"blatantly disgusting\". <\/p>\n
He said all types of freedom should have their limit and one should not insult or cause disharmony to another person in the name of freedom of expression. <\/p>\n
\"Freedom does not include causing or creating hatred among Muslims against those who debase their religion. <\/p>\n
\"When one doesn't put a limit to the definition of freedom, then there will be room for misuse of power and it will create havoc and instability. <\/p>\n
\"People will demonstrate and get injured or murdered like in Libya. When there is instability, a country cannot develop,\" he said when addressing students during a forum at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia here. <\/p>\n
He said it was not freedom when one said or did something without thinking of others' feelings. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
