The Infobutton solution uses the 3M Healthcare Data Dictionary (3M HDD) from 3M Health Information Systems to encode and cross-reference Krames StayWells award-winning patient education content with clinical terminologies such as SNOMED, LOINC, and RxNORM, and major code sets including ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS. The 3M HDD is a controlled medical vocabulary server that translates and integrates data from diverse systems into a common language. It maps medical terms to give data context and meaning, and is used to standardize data to make it interoperable and computable. <\/p>\n
