Costello joins Press Ganey's team of professionals, including Dennis Kaldenberg, Ph.D., Chief Scientist, in the effort to provide more targeted improvement strategies. <\/p>\n

Costello received his Ph.D. and master's degree in sociology from the University of Delaware. <\/p>\n
