The Cricket: The scarcity, and spirituality, of water explored at Leonardo exhibit<\/p>\n
Brigham Young once advised his followers: \"It is difficult to find anything more healthy to drink than good cold water, such as flows down to us from springs and snows of our mountains. This is the beverage we should drink. It should be our drink at all times.\" <\/p>\n
Apparently, the good people of Utah take that maxim to heart, because the average Utahn uses 260 gallons of water every day bathing, washing laundry, watering lawns, irrigating crops, cooking, even drinking. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
