The same week that President Obama\u2019s health-care program squeaked through the U.S. Supreme Court, Canada marked the 50th anniversary of its own national health care. But it, too, needs to change, despite its huge popularity with most Canadians. Just not as drastically as the potholed U.S. system needs to change.<\/p>\n
