The facility should be completed by the fall, officials said. \"This is a very exciting project,\" said Nick Matt, Chairman and CEO of the F.X. Matt Brewery. The company will use the technology to clean the brewery's wastewater by about 80 to 90 percent. Electricity generated from the process will account for about 30 to 40 percent of the company's usage.
