LUCIE, Fla. (AP) - A group of World War II veterans    from Florida are en route to Washington to see the national    monuments.  <\/p>\n<p>    Eighty-five veterans from the war gathered at Port St. Lucie    City Hall on Saturday to share stories and eat breakfast before    catching a flight to Washington, D.C.  <\/p>\n<p>    The Honor Flight organization and the Port St. Lucie City    Council have been working together to raise funds to send the    veterans to see the World War II Memorial.  <\/p>\n<p>    The veterans will also have the opportunity to see other    national sites.
