Or, on a sunny day, have kids help make a fun lunchtime picnic with thisEgg-cellent Egg Saladrecipe.<\/p>\n<p>Yields: 2 mini loaves or 1 large loaf<\/p>\n<p>1  cupall-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1  cupwhole wheat flour<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp white sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 .25 package of rapid rise yeast (2  tsp)<\/p>\n<p>1 C warm water<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1  tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>In a resealable plastic bag place 1cup all-purpose flour, sugar and yeast and add in warm water.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze the air out of bag and seal.<\/p>\n<p>Squish with your hands until well mixed together.<\/p>\n<p>Let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature. Abubble will form.<\/p>\n<p>Open the bag and put in  cup all-purpose flour and  cup wheat flour. Add oil and salt.<\/p>\n<p>Seal the bag again and squish until well blended.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour. Seal and continue mixing in the same manner until well blended.<\/p>\n<p>Remove dough from bag and put onto a lightly floured surface.<\/p>\n<p>Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes or until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Divide dough in half and place each half into a greased mini loaf pan or make one large loaf.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with a towel and allow to rise for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in a 375-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until bread is golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Serves 4-6<\/p>\n<p>Eggs: 8<\/p>\n<p>Mayonnaise:  cup<\/p>\n<p>Salt & Pepper: Add to Taste<\/p>\n<p>Place eggs in a medium saucepan and fill with water (so eggs are fully covered). Bring eggs to boil. Place lid on top and remove from heat.Let sit for 13 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place eggs in an ice bath or run under cold water to chill eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs.
