A SHOPPER who fell into a free trial trap was hit with a bill for 500.<\/p>\n
Jay Beeston responded to a Facebook advert for free samples of CBD oil and food supplements.<\/p>\n

She thought she would only have to pay postage. <\/p>\n
But the seller charged her for the goods through her two credit cards.<\/p>\n
And Jay, 75, had to call in trading standards officials to help her recover the cash from one of the credit card providers.<\/p>\n
Jay, from Sudbury, Derbys, said: The credit card bills were such a shock. <\/p>\n
