Gallup had Obama at -10 (41% approval, 51% dissaproval), and Rasmussen -9 (45%, 54%).    <\/p><p>That brought Obama down to the very lowest culmultative Approval rating ever posted at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/epolls\/other\/president_obama_job_approval-1044.html\">RCP<\/a>, right at 44.0%.  The previous low was 44.2% back in December of 2010.<\/p><p>Though, his Disapproval rating is not the highest it's ever been.
