Two men were hospitalized in serious condition after they were shot early this morning in North Long Beach, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Police responded to the shooting at about 3:44 a.m. on Sunday, March 15 in the 400 block of East Mountain View St., in the Addams neighborhood just west of the Carmelitos Housing Project.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived they located two victims at a residence, said Long Beach police spokesman Lt. James Richardson.<\/p>\n
One man was wounded in his upper body and the other in his lower body, Richardson said.<\/p>\n
Its unclear if they were shot inside or outside the residence.<\/p>\n
Detectives responded to the shooting, which is being investigated as gang-related.<\/p>\n
