CLICK HERE to find out how.<\/p>\n<p>Residents are worried about the impact the nine-story building for office and retail space would have on congestion, traffic and affordable housing in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Former residents of the Penn Plaza Apartments fear the project is a money grab that will continue to force people out of the area and leave them homeless.<\/p>\n<p>>>RELATED:Protesters want city to reject proposed development plan<\/p>\n<p>City council is set to answer questions about housing concerns Wednesday, when a preliminary vote on the project will take place.
