After 11 hours on a train from Bucharest to Arad I finally arrived to stay for the next 2 days. I stayed at a house for orphans and learned a lot about the process of bringing children out of the state orphanages into homes. The state orphanages have from 300 600 children and there is 1 nurse for about 32 babies.
