Meet Diane Humphrey, Laramie County Commissioner, Wyoming.  She's a Republican.  And she's against smoking bans.<\/p><p>The County Board recently voted unanimously to reject a plan for a county-wide smoking ban, including bars, pushed by outside special interest groups.  <\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyomingnews.com\/articles\/2010\/10\/11\/news\/19local_10-11-10.txt\">Wyoming News<\/a> Oct. 18:<\/p><blockquote><p>Humphrey questioned how it would be implemented. There aren't many establishments in unincorporated Laramie County, and a ban would add to the sheriff's department's work, she said.<\/p><p>\"I'm not a smoker,\" she said, but doesn't want government in her face. People are \"getting tired of the government telling them what to do.
