One of my favorite private islands for sale is Dokis Marina Island.&nbsp; Private Island with cottage and cabin in scenic French River-Lake Nipissing area. This Island is nicely treed with pines and has granite shoreline.<\/p><p>The cottage has large living room, spacious screened in porch and a large master bedroom on 2nd floor with balcony. There is a small kitchen with propane fridge and stove. The bath room has a Sunmar Toilet plus there is an outside shower with propane heated water.<\/p><p>A large sundeck at the eastern side of the Island offers a beautiful view over the Island studded Bay. The detached Cabin sleeps 4 and has pine interior.
