This is a presentation by Cleopatra Kozlowski of Genentech at the Definiens Symposium in 2011 about using image analysis to score a mouse model of colitis. Much work has been done in the field of cancer biology and tumorigenesis but I think image analysis will prove increasingly important in non-neoplastic conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and neurodegenerative conditions. <\/span><\/p>
