To help meet this enthusiastic response, Rooted    Nutrition will be offering four brand-new courses taught by    guest instructors who are experts in their specific niches in    the world of healthy food and drink.  <\/p>\n<p>    Guest instructors include baker and pastry chef Ellexis Boyle,    who will be teaching a course on baking with whole foods,    whipping up healthy versions of favourite baked goods. Holistic    Nutritionist, herbalist and brewer Cedana Bourne will provide    her expertise in teaching the first-ever herbal beer-making    workshop. Dismissing the notion that beer is bad for you,    Cedana will teach students how to infuse healing herbs into    their brews while helping them explore the fascinating and    ancient relationship between plants, alcohol and people. Fourth    Generation Master Butcher, Sausage Maker and Registered    Holistic Nutritionist Karsten Schellhas will be leading    intimate, hands-on butchery and sausage-making classes.  <\/p>\n<p>    \"With our healthy cooking classes expanding to include even    more topics in the holistic cooking realm, our classes are    growing to meet the demands of our students,\" explains Potter.    \"It is such a pleasure to see new instructors share their craft    with our students.
