Complete Nutrition held it's grand opening Saturday in Tyler. <\/p>\n
World famous body builder and eight times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman signed autographs for a line of east Texas fans. <\/p>\n
Many parents brought their children to meet the champ. <\/p>\n
KETK'S Jessica Wilson asked him to share his thoughts on the importance of nutrition. <\/p>\n
Coleman says when he first started training, nearly three decades, ago he new nothing about weight lifting. <\/p>\n
\"So what I did was, I was able to get a nutritionist who guided me along the way and a personal trainer to help guide me along the way,\" Coleman said. \"They showed me how to properly eat and how to properly workout, and that's what this is all about: eating right and working out right.\" <\/p>\n
Another fun fact: Coleman says his degree is in accounting. <\/p>\n
He and his wife Christine live in Dallas. <\/p>\n
