An area mental health counselor is facing scrutiny by the Iowa Board of Behavioral Science after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a client and then falsifying a document to conceal it from the board. <\/p>\n
Amy Jo Murphy of Omaha has been scheduled for a disciplinary contested case hearing at 10 a.m. Feb. 5, 2015, at the Lucas State Office Building in Des Moines. <\/p>\n
