Then it was south through Iowa with lots of corn and soybeans.  They've had a lot of rain and many of the crops are washed out.  What a shame.  I did see a deer in a bean field but it looked rather bored too.  We're in Missouri at St. Joseph and will pass through Kansas City before turning east toward St. Louis tomorrow.
