There will also be a small parking    lot.  <\/p>\n<p>    In March, the council finally wagged its tail the Roosevelt    Forest venue for the facility. Dozens of other sites from one    end of town to the other were getting the stiff test, but most    of these faced growls of disapproval from nearby residents.  <\/p>\n<p>    Most of the money will come from an appropriation from the    2016-17 fiscal year, which ended on July 1.
