MSN listed the most beautiful cemeteries to visit in the world with Savannahs own Bonaventure Cemetery making the list. There are only three cemeteries from the United States on the list (including Bonaventure) with Brooklyns Green-Wood and the Arlington National Cemetery also being listed alongside the Savannah staple. <\/p>\n
According to the site, the cemetery is the typical southern United States cemetery, with its moss-covered angels and large trees. It also mentioned that the location became famous after being featured on the cover of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. <\/p>\n
Other international cemeteries on the list include the St. Andrews Cathedral Cemetery in Scotland, the Pere-Lachaise in Paris, the Waverley Cemetery in Australia, and the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. <\/p>\n
