Got up at 4 am and left around 530am.  The goal today is to beat the heat because we'll be traveling through the Mojave desert.  At one point George said it was 105 degrees.  I asked him not to tell me anymore.  We arrived at the Best Western that's right no camping tonight around noon.  Piper has been a real trouper.
