Douglas High School valedictorian Hunter Celio was awarded a $500 scholarship from Liberty Utilities. <\/p>\n
Celio was one of eight students to receive scholarships from the company. <\/p>\n
Coleville High School student Slone McCann also received a Liberty scholarship, according to the company. <\/p>\n
This is the fifth consecutive year that Liberty has provided these awards. <\/p>\n
A Liberty Utility representative attended each of the school's awards ceremony to personally congratulate the student and present the check. <\/p>\n
\"We're very pleased to once again offer these scholarships to deserving students,\" said Jeanne-Marie Bruno, President of Liberty Utilities-California. \"We truly enjoy supporting the communities we serve in this manner.\" <\/p>\n
