MultiVir, a biotech developing gene therapies for cancer, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $70 million in an initial public offering. <\/p>\n
The Houston, TX-based company, which was founded in 2009, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol MVIR. MultiVir initially filed confidentially on December 22, 2014. RBC Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed. <\/p>\n
