(February 14, 2015) - The Missouri    Comets (19-0) returned to the Independence Events Center to    crush the Tulsa Revolution (2-15) 21-4 in front of 4,414 fans    and are one victory away from finishing the regular season with    a perfect record in the inaugural season of the Major Arena    Soccer League.    <\/p>\n<p>      For the second week in a row, forward      Leo Gibson was named Borden Man of the Match after adding      nine more points (four goals and five assists) to his name.      Currently, the Monrovia, Liberia native leads the league      totaling 82 points with 40 goals and 42 assists.    <\/p>\n<p>      Comets defender Stefan Stokic returned      from an abdominal strain injury, while Andre Braithwaite,      Stephen Paterson and Cody Hoffman did not suit up for the      game.    <\/p>\n<p>      Only one minute into the match, Gibson      scored his first tally of the evening followed by six goals      scored by team captain Vahid Assadpour, Max Touloute, Alain      Matingou and Ramone Palmer to end the first quarter      7-0.    <\/p>\n<p>      Two more goals from Gibson and      midfielder John Sosa's first one of the night gave the Comets      a 10-0 lead before the visitors notched their first goal      courtesy of Justin Hershey. However, Robert Palmer scored      moments later ending the half 11-1.    <\/p>\n<p>      The third quarter saw the Central      Division Champions score six consecutive goals from Harris,      Robert Palmer, Matingou, Perez, Sosa before Hershey scored      again but Harris notched his second one of the evening ending      the third quarter 17-2.    <\/p>\n<p>      With fifteen more minutes left in the      match, the Comets did not back off and continued attacking      goalkeeper Richard Nolasco's goal. Josh Gardner's first one      of the night followed by Sosa's hat trick tally made      19-2.    <\/p>\n<p>      Two more goals from Tulsa's Dave Leung      along with Gibson's fourth and Ramone Palmer's only tally      ended the match with a final score of 21-4.    <\/p>\n<p>      Next up, the Tacoma Stars visit the      Comets for the regular season finale on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.      CT.    <\/p>\n<p>       Discuss      this story on the       Major Arena Soccer League message board...
